With what appears to be a world wide movement to replace keyboards with touch screen devices well on its way, the Dell Streak is out. Well, it's out in the UK. I guess they can go first - this time.

Dell plans to distribute its new Mini 3 smart phones through China Mobile, the largest telecommunications company in the world with more than 500 million customers, and Claro, which serves more than 42 million people in Brazil as part of the America Movil network.

Dell has said that they no longer plan to carry a Netbook larger than 10 inches. Dell has been cutting down on a number of things lately, including their stock of Ubuntu ready computers. For a company known for making the best cheap PC on the market, this should come as no surprise.
