I know, Ubuntu 9.04 came out in April. It is now August. 9.10 will be out in a few months. Today was the first time I have installed either the newest Ubuntu or its sibling, Ubuntu Netbook Remix (UNR). As always in the Ubuntu universe, changes are slow going, as one should expect from an operating system with a six month release cycle, but impressive.
For a few years now I have used a Wacom tablet. While this has been advantageous, it has its limits. For the past few months I have been debating between a $2000+ Wacom tablet that doubles as a monitor, so you can draw right on the screen, and an Axiotron Modbook around the same price.
